Does henchman/hirelings take loot or does it let u take it

Does party members share exp

Does pets share exp or it has a lvl of its own

henchmen get their share of the loot. it is done automatically and you usually do not see it happen.

party members share xp as long as they participated in the kill or used a skill on someone that did.

pets gain xp and level on their own as well. i am not sure if xp is split with them.
